I graduated from UKM with a bachelor’s degree in IT. My career then took a slightly different path when I joined a boutique Human Capital Management consultancy 4 years later.

There, I gained more than 12 years’ experience understanding how HCM plays a strategic role in charting an organisation’s development and growth path.

This experience and knowledge was what I brought to the table when I moved on to join an investment promotion team and later into the realm of building ecosystems to enable and support the growth and expansion of businesses.

I am a firm believer that any organisation is only as good as how its people are developed and managed.
