My journey spans over a decade, beginning with PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd., where I developed my expertise in engineering, business operations planning, and strategic management.

This experience fuels my passion for driving sustainable growth and operational excellence, earning recognition for my strengths in operations, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.

In my current role, I also oversee regional developments, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency while championing both customer and employee experience initiatives. My approach to leadership is deeply rooted in inspiration, motivation, and delivering tangible results, positioning me as a forward-thinking, dynamic leader.

Beyond the boardroom, I am a proud founding member of Lean In Sarawak, where I advocate for diversity, equality, and societal advancement.
