Mydiana Madzlan is the Head of Ecosystem Building at Iskandar Investment Berhad.

Prior to joining IIB, she was managing corporate innovation and ventures at MRANTI or previously known as MaGIC.

And previously, she was also attached to Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) whereby she focused on driving Foreign Direct Investment and Startup Ecosystem Development as her core.

With her extensive ecosystem partners network and connections, she is deeply passionate in developing companies to help them grow sustainably in Southeast Asia, offering opportunities in the form of market access, skills and talent development, entrepreneurship, corporate innovation and VC funding.
